Prayer update and request from Uganda

Please pray for all the staff over here. Covid had become very real in the last week. We lost another patient tonight. Last year a total of 1 to 2 people died at this hospital. They have lost 7 people in the last week and a half. Today two other people died in the village.

They are a soft hearted people who have come here not only to work but to serve Jesus. Their hearts are breaking as they see these patients come in and are not able to save their lives. The one thing they do is share the gospel with every patient. Praise God for His Love that is poured out through them.

We are all hurting along with the staff and church. This is truly the valley of the shadow of death but God is with us. Tonight God brought us comfort through Lamentations 3.

Lamentations 3:21-26 (NKJV) 21 This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. 22 [Through] the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. 23 [They are] new every morning; Great [is] Your faithfulness. 24 “The LORD [is] my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” 25 The LORD [is] good to those who wait for Him, To the soul [who] seeks Him. 26 [It is] good that [one] should hope and wait quietly For the salvation of the LORD. 🙌🏻☝🏻✝️
