Luis and Karol Sanchez – Calvary Chapel Antigua, Guatemala

Hey family,

Please pray for,

  1. Thanksgiving for my trip to Costa Rica last week. My son Martin was able to join me. It was a blessing to have him with me for the first time.
  2. I was invited to go to Costa Rica again by the end of this month and I’m planning to bring my youngest son, Matías, with me. Please pray for that.
  3. I was also invited to go to San Pedro Carchá, here in Guatemala, to visit the Calvary Chapel Emanuel church of Mayan Kekchi people and teach Oct 10-14. It’s a 6 hour drive.
  4. Keep praying for funds to build a more permanent roof for our church. Our tent ripped some months ago. Praise God we are ending this year´s rainy season soon.
  5. Pray for our 6 students at the bible Institute. They are from 3 different countries. May the Lord speak to their hearts.
  6. Pray for our country. Covid cases keep rising and there is fear in the hearts of the people. There is a big push for vaccinations. Last week the government tried to prohibit churches from meeting and the congress overruled the mandate.
  7. My wife, Karol, was invited to attend the Mexico and Central America pastors wive´s conference in Veracruz, Mexico. Oct 29-31. Praying for funds.
  8. I was invited to go to Russia to teach at the national pastor’s conference there. The plan is to stop on my way back in California to attend the international pastors conference in Golden Springs. We are praying for the funds, the church in Russia already has 60% of the airfare.
  9. My family has been praying for the opportunity to travel to Colombia this December. Since March 2013, when we moved here, we haven’t been able to visit family, friends and church there. Our children don’t remember Colombia anymore. Praying for funds. We have 75% of the airfare.
  10. To finish I would like to ask you to pray for our church, so we keep being faithful and we are filled with the courage of the Spirit of God to shine bright in this World, to spread the hope and love of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus.

Thank you guys.
