The first of the Uganda Team Arrived and Mom is doing better!

Philippians 1:3 (NKJV) I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,

The first of the Uganda Team has arrived. They arrived on Wednesday, had a day of rest and then headed off for an eight hour drive to Soroti. On Saturday they celebrated with Pastor/Dr Juventine at the traditional wedding of their daughter Diana. Today finds them back in Naluko ready to start Ministry. I arrive in Uganda on the 7th and the rest of the team on the 15th and 16th.

James 1:27 (NKJV) Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, [and] to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

Remember Rose and Naka? These are the malnourished girls that inspired the Anchor of Hope House and our first feeding project. This is the before and now pictures. They are doing so much better. Watch this video to see what’s next for the malnourished children in our village.

For those of you who are asking about Mom. Here is a picture from tonight at the dinner table, that she walked to! Thank you all for your prayers! Please keep praying. She is doing so much better but is having gastro intestinal problems that could be serious if not resolved.

In Christ,
