Update from AIR Team in Mayfield, Kentucky

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (NKJV) 3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

The scenes and stories coming out of Mayfield, Kentucky are just heart breaking. Our chaplains go to minister to a fire fighter who was at what used to be his grandmother and grandfather’s house. The firefighter told them about having to recover his grandmothers body and rescue his grandfather who was injured. Everywhere they go and look there js devastation. The physical devastation is representative of the emotional devastation experienced by so many in Mayfield and the Midwest. Please pray for our response team and the follow on the team from Selah Hills church.
